All our products are guaranteed to be satisfied or refunded for 30 days.

Our Accident Guarantee covers you in the event of an unfortunate fall. In fact, for one year we will repair your item free of charge if it has a hole or torn. This guarantee takes effect on the date of receipt of the order.

Exchange guarantee in the first year, Wise offers to replace your item with a new one in the event of a defect or premature wear of your product affecting its functionality.

In the second year of the product's life, Wise will prioritize repairs from its partner workshop.
